A：中越大震災復興祈念碑Monument for The Great Chuetsu EarthquakeMonumento a la Reconstrucción del desastre sísmico de Chuetsu 2004中越大震灾复兴祈祷碑
天皇皇后両陛下は新潟県中越地震後の平成16年11月にヘリコプターから山古志地域をご覧になられ、碑にはその際天皇陛下がお詠みになられた御製が刻まれています。碑は平成20年に両陛下が復旧後の風景をご覧になられた場所に建立されています。Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress visited and saw the Yamakoshi area from a helicopter in November 2004, after the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake, and the monument is inscribed with a poem written by Their Majesties on that occasion. The monument was erected on the same spot where Their Majesties saw the scenery after the restoration in 2008.Sus Majestades el Emperador y la Emperatriz visitaron la zona de Yamakoshi desde un helicóptero en noviembre del 2004 después del Terremoto de Chuetsu, y el monumento está grabado con el poema que hizo el Emperador en ese momento. El monumento fue construido donde los dos emperadores fueron vistos el paisaje restaurado en el 2008.天皇陛下和皇后陛下于平成16年（2004年）11月在新泻县中越地震后乘坐直升机视察山古志地区，石碑上刻着当时天皇陛下赋的诗。石碑立在平成20年（2008年）天皇和皇后在复旧后视察的地点。

季節を彩る花畑や、その向こうにある田畑の美しい緑、越後の山々を見ることができます。
