中越メモリアル回廊の施設として、中越大震災で体験したことや復興に向けて積み重ねた経験を後世に伝え、山古志の魅力を全国に向けて発信する拠点基地です。
1階には交流スペース、2階には中越大震災の写真などの展示室になっていて、プロジェクションマッピングを用いた「地形模型シアター」もあります。
TEL 0258-41-1203As a facility of a region called the Chuetsu Memorial Corridor, it is a base for conveying to future generations the experiences of the Chuetsu Earthquake and the accumulated experience for reconstruction, as well as the charm of Yamakoshi to all over the country.
On the first floor is an exchange space, and on the second floor is an exhibition room with photos of the Chuetsu Earthquake, as well as a “Terrain model theater” with projection mapping.

En el 1er piso hay un espacio de intercambio, en el 2do piso una sala de exposiciones con fotos del Terremoto de Chuetsu 2004 y un "Teatro de maqueta topográfica virutual" usando video mapping.中越纪念长廊是，集把中越大震灾的体验和在走向复兴的过程中积累的丰富经验传给后世，并且让山古志的魅力展现给全国于一体的设施。
一楼为交流区，二楼为展示室，其中珍藏了中越大震灾的照片和并配备运用投影技术的「地形模型剧场」等设备。

トンネル手前右手に旧国道291号線のガードレールを見ることができます。
中越大震災では被害が大きく、復旧工事をするのではなく新たにトンネルをつくる(山古志トンネル)という異例の判断がされました。You can see the old Route 291 guardrail on the right before the tunnel.
The damage caused by the Great Chuetsu Earthquake was so severe that it was decided to build a new tunnel (Yamakoshi Tunnel) instead of restoring it.Se puede ver la barandilla de la antigua Ruta Nacional 291 en el lado derecho del túnel.
En el Gran Terremoto de Chuetsu 2004, el daño fue tan grande que tomaron una decisión inusual crear un nuevo túnel (túnel Yamakoshi) en lugar de restaurarlo.隧道的右手边可以看到原291号国道的护栏。
中越大震灾时受到严重破坏，被破格判断为不进行修复工作而是修建了新的隧道（山古志隧道）。

店主こだわり手打ち蕎麦が味わえるお店です。
自宅車庫を改修した日曜・祝日限定のお店は、県外にもファンがいます。

The store, which has been renovated from its home garage and is only available on Sundays and holidays, has fans even outside the prefecture.

Ha renovado su garaje para montar el puesto que solo funciona a los domingos y días festivos.

店面是由自家车库整改，在星期天和节假日限定开门，在县外也颇具人气。
D：木篭メモリアルパークKogomo memorial parkParque conmemorativo de Kogomo木后纪念公园
芋川の土砂ダム（河道閉塞）により水没した旧木篭集落の姿が残っています。You can still see the former Kogomo village submerged by the Imo River sediment dam (river channel blockage).Está conservada la antigua aldea de Kigomo, que fue hundida por el Lago de terremoto (Represa de corrimiento) de Río Imo.依然残存着由于芋川河河道堵塞而被淹没的原木笼村落的旧址。

F：中山隧道Nakayama hand-dug tunnelTúnel de excavación manual de Nakayama中山隧道
手掘りのトンネルでは日本で一番長い877ｍの距離があります。
平成10年に中山トンネルが開通したことにより、中山隧道は役目を終えましたが今も集落の誇りとして残っています。This is the longest hand-dug tunnel in Japan at 877 meters.
With the opening of the Nakayama Tunnel in 1998, the role of the Nakayama hand-dug Tunnel came to an end, but it still remains as a source of pride for the community.El Túnel Nakayama tiene 877m de longuitud, el túnel de excavación manual más largo de Japón.
Con la apertura del túnel Nakayama en 1998, ha terminado su papel, pero sigue siendo el orgullo del pueblo.这是日本最长的人工开凿隧道，全长877米。
平成十年（1998年）中山隧道开通以来，虽然不再作为主要路线但至今仍是本村落的骄傲。
